I received hail damage to my vehicle, what do I do first?
Call your insurance company to report the claim. Once a claim is made, your insurance company will schedule a time for their adjuster to write an estimate for repairs. Your insurance company may ask you to get an estimate from a direct repair body shop that they have contracts with, this is not uncommon. Remember, "choosing a repair facility is YOUR CHOICE"!!!

Will my insurance rates increase if I make a hail damage claim?
No! Hail damage repairs fall under the comprehensive side of your policy. You cannot be singled out for a rate increase for this kind of claim.

My insurance company told me I have to have my vehicle repaired where they tell me to go?
Most insurance companies have direct repair programs with body shops and repair facilities. That in short, means the shop works for the insurance company not the customer! How do you remove hail dents without painting?
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). We use stainless steel tools, special lights, and other specialized methods to gently massage the underside of the metal until all the dents are permanently removed.

Will the dents ever return or come back?
No! If the Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) process was performed properly, the repair is permanent and will last forever. We guarantee our PDR work for as long as you own the vehicle!

Is (PDR) less expensive than a conventional body shop repair?
Yes! Normally, PDR is 20 - 40% less expensive and much faster. 2-3 day average repair time for hail damage repairs. Paintless dent repair is a great option for repairs. Save time and money while keeping the factory finish.

I have a dented plastic bumper, does (PDR) work for this type of damage?
